Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior software engineering lead to design and implement complex software systems for clients. You will guide the development team, translate client requirements into technical tasks, and ensure delivery on schedule while maintaining high quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document architecture, and participate in reviews, testing, and maintenance processes to resolve issues and support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of users and vendors.
• Knowledge in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
• At least 8 years of professional experience in C#, .NET, SQL, OOAD, Maintenance, SDLC, Database, ASP.NET WebForm, Javascript, Debugging, ORM, IoC, JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in application development with C#, .NET, SQL, fault finding, application system design.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented individual who produces results at high standards.
• Able to work independently under pressure, pro-active, organized and results driven.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design logic to be implemented for the software system based on client requirements.
• Ensure documentation is created and updated based on changes.
• Analyse business processes and propose enhancements within the system.
• Understand the architecture and give specifications to the development team.
• Participate in requirements and reviews meetings with the client.
• Lead the development team in application development.
• Ensure development is estimated accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Adhere to development standards, policies and procedures.
• Evolve ECS solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing with the client.
• Review and improve maintenance, including source control, build processes and production maintenance.
