Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Lead Programmer to head the software development team in Singapore. You will oversee technical development, mentor developers, ensure code quality, and deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership across design, development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior programming role.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
