the gap people pte. ltd. is seeking an Account Manager in Singapore to serve as the senior day‑to‑day client contact across the agency’s social media accounts.

You will guide client relationships, account planning, delivery rhythm and commercial health while collaborating with strategy, content and design teams to deliver impactful work. You will translate client priorities into actionable plans, keep deadlines on track and present confident recommendations to help clients understand the work

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or client services.
• Experience with social media/creative or digital retainers preferred.
• Strong written communication and calendar management.
• Ability to lead with a strategic, collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day client contact across social media accounts.
• Shape the account plan with strategy and content teams.
• Translate discussions into clear actions with owners and deadlines.
• Provide clear, confident recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate multi-stream delivery: content, design, production, edits.
• Work with Account Executive to align priorities and notes.
• Support the account’s commercial health and margins.
• Maintain context across teams and clients for continuity.
• Turn performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to pitches with client insight and planning.
