Job summary

Ogilvy Singapore is seeking an experienced social media lead to drive day-to-day social assignments and campaigns, connecting clients with social specialists, creative teams, and media partners. You will deliver high-quality social work on time and on budget while strengthening the wider brand and campaign ecosystem.

With 6-8 years in social media/creative agency, you will manage client expectations and build strong relationships at the mid-level.

Responsibilities

• Make clients’ brands matter by delivering platform-native social work across 360 campaigns.
• Own and execute project management/workflow systems and reporting.
• Manage client objectives, timelines and communications with internal teams.
• Understand what makes great social work: strategic input, platform-native creativity, and cultural relevance.
• Plan, schedule, execute and report on social programmes from briefing through to post-campaign learning.
• Resolve delivery challenges across timing and budgets while protecting client and agency interests.
• Develop analytical messages for complex business issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
