is seeking a Senior Social Manager with 6-8 years in social media/creative agency to lead social programmes, deliver platform-native work, and strengthen client relationships across retainers and campaigns. You will own and execute project management/workflow, plan and report on social programmes from briefing to post-campaign learning, coordinate with wider campaign milestones, and protect client and agency interests.

• 6–8 years in social media or creative agency.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at junior to mid-level.
• Collaborates across Ogilvy Group teams.
• Driven to make brands matter through social and creativity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver platform-native social work and strengthen client relationships.
• Own and execute project management/workflow and reporting.
• Manage client objectives, expectations and timelines.
• Plan, schedule, execute, and report on social programmes from briefing to post-campaign learning.
• Coordinate with wider campaign milestones and protect client/agency interests.
• Develop messages for complex business issues and resolve account challenges.
