What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage junior teammembers
• Build and maintain strongclient relationships
• Oversee multiple clientprojects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Act as a key point of contactfor clients
• Guide and develop teammembers through coaching, performance reviews, and leadership support
• Collaborate with creative andmanagement teams on new business pitches and RFPs
• Ensure smooth campaignexecution by managing workflows, resolving issues, and maintaining agencystandards
