Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of Medium Enterprise clients across Singapore. You will identify opportunities, structure credit facilities, and deliver tailored banking solutions.

You will collaborate with Credit Analysts, Risk, Compliance, and product teams to ensure sound lending decisions while upholding the bank's brand promise.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, grow, and retain profitable Medium Enterprise customers within acceptable risk parameters.
• Contribute towards achieving the team's overall target and delivering optimal portfolio return.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Team Managers, Segment Heads, as well as Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets while delivering sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare credit proposals and loan applications; conduct timely annual reviews and ensure quality lending decisions.
• Implement the business plan to achieve growth and maintain high professional standards in client engagement.
