Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Civil Engineering professional for on-site supervision of road, bridge and viaduct projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure site works align with plans, schedules and quality expectations.

The role requires a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of LTA project experience, strong leadership, and effective communication within a team.

Qualifications

Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance

Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute all site works.

Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site

Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline

Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors

Prepare and submit reports as required

Minimize environmental impact from the construction activities

Ensure the adherence to all HSE policies

Liaison with relevant stakeholders.

Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.

Requirement:

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 to 5 years relevant experience working on LTA projects such as Road, Bridge and Viaduct Projects

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

A team player with good communication skills
