Job summary

Dong Construction & Engineering is seeking a Senior Road Construction Supervisor to oversee road and civil infrastructure works in Singapore. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate crews, subcontractors, and machinery while ensuring safety and compliance with drawings and authorities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil construction, with deep roadworks experience and familiarity with LTA/JTC/HDB processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of civil engineering construction experience in Singapore.
Strong experience in road construction and infrastructure works.
Familiar with LTA, JTC and HDB requirements and procedures.
Experience in roadworks, drainage, earthworks, utilities, road reinstatement and asphalt works.
Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.
Able to supervise workers, subcontractors, machinery and daily site activities.
Strong knowledge of Singapore construction and safety requirements.
Able to plan work independently and resolve site issues.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily road and civil construction activities.
Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, machinery and materials.
Monitor progress, quality and safety.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings and authority requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and relevant authorities.
