Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Operations Supervisor to lead and manage site operations across Singapore, bridging field teams, project management and clients. You will oversee site surveys, direct multi‑team site activities including pipe laying and urgent repairs, and ensure strict EHS compliance while optimizing resource deployment.

Qualifications

Min 3 years in site operations or related field, preferably water services or civil projects.
Strong knowledge of pipe laying and urgent repair operations.
Ability to enforce safety regulations on site.

Responsibilities

Direct multiple site teams in water service works, pipe laying and urgent repairs.
Ensure works comply with method statements, specs and standards.
Oversee schedule, equipment, and manpower across Singapore.
Handle public relations, notices, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor budgets, track progress, and generate reports.
