Job summary

TM Manpower Agency Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on construction sites in Singapore.

You will coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics while supervising workers and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and accurate site documentation. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations to ensure timely work progress and adherence to project plans.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to maintain productivity and compliance with safety standards.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Coordinate the delivery and allocation of materials, equipment, and logistics to support uninterrupted site activities.
• Maintain detailed site records and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to sustain smooth workflow and project continuity.
• Prepare accurate as-built drawings reflecting installations completed on-site.
