Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Able to lead and coordinate a team on multiple sites.
• Good communication and coordination skills for stakeholders.
• Physically fit to perform site supervision duties.
• Ability to read basic construction and isometric drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and installation activities for current on-going projects.
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation.
• Plan and deploy manpower to multiple project sites.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain site records and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding site progress.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, quality and safety compliance.
• Ensure progress of work meets project timeline.
• Maintain daily site work records and submit progress reports.
• Ensure projects are completed within schedule and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
