Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading field teams on civil or water services projects.
• Strong knowledge of site work processes and safety enforcement.
• Ability to conduct site surveys and coordinate project schedules.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple site teams in water service works, pipe laying and urgent repairs across Singapore.
• Ensure all works comply with method statements, specs and statutory standards.
• Coordinate with Project Team on scheduling, equipment and manpower deployment.
• Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
• Document site progress and prepare reports for management.
