Job summary

CHENGXIN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site/Project Foreman to lead on-site execution of projects in Singapore, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery from inception to completion.

You will coordinate installation teams and subcontractors, monitor materials and site operations, attend daily safety meetings, and report progress to the Project Manager. Immediate start and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

Self-driven with ability to work within tight deadlines.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays at project site.
Immediate start or short notice availability.
At least 10 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager / Site Manager to plan, manage, and ensure smooth project implementation from inception to completion.
Coordinate and report progress and quality of the overall project to support volume business.
Lead and manage the installation team to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
Oversee site administration including safety and control of materials/plants on site.
Ensure Safety compliance and processes are followed by all workers.
Monitor site operations, workers, and vendors.
Coordinate and supervise to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
Communicate with all levels and attend daily morning safety meetings with workers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
