Job summary

KHV ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced General Foreman / Supervisor to lead and manage on-site operations across multiple projects.

You will supervise 20-30 construction workers and subcontractors, ensure works follow drawings, specifications and MOM safety rules, and plan manpower, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines. Daily toolbox talks, site inspections, and progress reporting to management are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience on construction sites.
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-size crews and subcontractors.
• Strong focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 20-30 construction workers and sub-contractors on-site.
• Ensure works are carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Plan manpower deployment, materials requisition, and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and ensure compliance with MOM safety rules (WAH, SCS, BCSS).
• Liaise with Project Engineer, Safety Officer, and main contractor on site progress and issues.
• Inspect work quality, monitor site inventory, and report progress to management.
• Handle site documentation, daily progress reports, and workers' attendance.
