Job summary

FU XIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Construction Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily site activities, manage workers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure projects run smoothly according to drawings and schedules.

You will coordinate logistics, monitor safety and quality, prepare progress reports, attend coordination meetings, and support the Project Manager and Construction Manager with timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or above.
• Minimum 4 years of local site experience.
• Good communication and analytical skills to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, workers, suppliers, and trade subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works meet drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate site logistics, equipment, and material deliveries to avoid downtime.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, delivery logs, and manpower attendance.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules; track progress against the master program.
