Job summary

SHUN XIN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a现场 Foreman to coordinate daily construction activities on site in Singapore. You will manage workers, monitor progress, ensure safety, and work with the main contractor on inspections of rebar and formwork.

Requirements include 3+ years of relevant experience, ability to read drawings, and Mandarin/English fluency. Immediate start offered, with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• BSCC is basic requirement.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• The ability to view the drawing.
• Can speak Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Arrange workers daily, record timecards, and process monthly salaries.
• Follow main contractor to inspect rebar and formwork.
• Control quality, budget, and site progress.
• Overtime flexibility.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
• Oversee construction projects and supervise the team; order supplies, schedule equipment maintenance, and train workers; perform first aid in emergencies.
