Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project sites in Singapore. You will ensure work aligns with plans and schedules while coordinating subcontractors, consultants and site personnel to keep progress smooth.

You will review drawings and method statements before work starts, conduct on-site inspections, enforce safety and quality standards, monitor materials and progress, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and teams.

• Supervise daily construction site operations to ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.
• Review construction drawings, method statements and technical requirements before work begins.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical, quality and construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and building regulations.
• Monitor materials, workmanship and construction progress.
• Assist with cost monitoring, variation claims and progress reporting.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
