Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily construction site operations in Singapore. The role involves supervising workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with drawings, instructions and safety standards.

You will be responsible for monitoring progress, reporting issues to the project team, and preparing daily progress updates with site photographs. Additional site duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
• Ability to assign work and monitor progress to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Report site issues to the project team.
• Prepare daily progress updates and take site photographs.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned.
