Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Engineer to manage construction activities from planning to completion in Singapore.

You will ensure timely delivery, quality and safety by reviewing drawings, MOS, work schedules and technical documents. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, architects and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, conduct site inspections, monitor progress and costs, support risk assessments and quality control, and guide junior engineers.

Job description

• Manage construction activities from project planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, architects, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.

• Review construction drawings, method statements (MOS), work schedules and technical documents.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor project progress, costs, variations and contractor claims.

• Support site safety measures, risk assessments and quality control.

• Guide junior engineers and site personnel, and prepare regular progress reports for management.

• Perform other duties assigned by the HOD – Engineering or Project Management Team.
