Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer or construction professional to coordinate site teams, manage subcontractors and ensure effective project execution.

You will monitor master construction programmes, prepare recovery plans, adjust schedules to mitigate delays, and work with technical teams and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies before work starts. Robust communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between site teams and project management to ensure smooth coordination.
• Monitor and review master construction programme; prepare recovery plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage manpower, materials, equipment.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues with the technical team and consultants.
• Support budget preparation and monitor cost reports.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, and work instructions for QA/QC.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports and site records for management.
• Lead coordination meetings with site staff, subcontractors and consultants.
• Identify site risks and inefficiencies; propose improvements for delivery.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline
