Job summary

P-CON MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Site Supervisor to work under the Qualified Person (QP) for on-site supervision of civil and structural works.

You will prepare inspection and test plans and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while supporting project meetings and documentation. The role requires a minimum degree in civil engineering and registration as a Resident Engineer with IES, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience to monitor progress and report delays

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience assisting on-site supervision and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as Site Supervisor appointed by the Qualified Person (QP) per Building Control Act.
• Assist the QP(Supervision) in on-site supervision tasks.
• Prepare inspection and test plans relevant to supervision of projects.
• Conduct quality control for civil and structural works.
• Inspect and advise on compliance for temporary works and instrumentation reports.
• Attend project meetings and draft meeting minutes.
