Job summary

KCL CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced site supervisor for a 18-24 month project in Singapore.

You will oversee civil/structural works, enforce compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with engineers, architects and M&E teams to ensure quality and progress. The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, 8+ years of relevant supervision experience, and a valid RE certificate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience supervising factory or post-tensioning works.
• Resident Engineer Certificate (IES/ACES) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities on site.
• Ensure works comply with consultant instructions and drawings.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials.
• Document site inspections, safety records and as-built drawings.
• Maintain and update site progress records and reports.
• Verify progress payments, claims, and materials on site.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning by contractors.
• Report to project QP/Consultants Team on quality and progress.
• Coordinate with site supervisors across engineering disciplines.
• Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
• Supervise demolition and related foundation/ERSS works.
