Job summary

Brown Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee civil works on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project specs and regulatory rules. You will review method statements, enforce quality control, and coordinate site activities to maintain safety and workmanship standards.

The role requires a diploma in Civil/Structural engineering, JAC/IES/ACES accreditation as a Qualified Site Supervisor, and at least three years of relevant supervisory experience in civil projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Structural discipline is required.
• Accreditation as Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO-C&S) by JAC of IES/ACES is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising civil works similar in nature.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements under the Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of construction activities.
• Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate site works proactively to uphold construction safety and minimize risks to personnel and assets.
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to fulfill statutory duties and project requirements.
