Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead civil and structural site supervision for building projects in Singapore.

You will ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting contract management and stakeholder liaison. The role requires a Graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, 10+ years of construction supervision experience, and IES registration as Resident Engineer (Civil).

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience supervising civil and structural works in water/used water treatment projects.
• Registration with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site supervision team to ensure quality and compliance in Civil, Structural, and Building Construction works.
• Support the Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager by inspecting site works, managing contract matters, and supervising defect identification and rectification.
• Review Contractor RFIs and technical submittals to maintain project progress and standards.
• Assess method statements and instrumentation readings to verify construction methods and safety.
• Coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with the design team and QP from headquarters to resolve technical issues.
• Lead technical and work progress discussions in site and project meetings with clients and Contractors.
