Job summary

TIAN LE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable site supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure safety compliance, and guarantee workmanship meets project specifications and schedules.

You will manage subcontractors and in-house workers, uphold environmental, safety, and health practices, attend toolbox talks, and verify installations against drawings and specs to maintain quality and progress.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant practical construction work experience

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities
• Enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health practices. Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate instructions to the team
• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
• Collaborate with site operations staff to align work progress with schedules and deadlines
• Verify that installations comply with construction drawings and technical specifications
• Monitor work progress and quality to maintain acceptable standards
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
