This role focuses on coordinating trades, enforcing contract specs, and maintaining site safety and quality. You will assist in defect rectification, manage ad-hoc duties, and bring a background in building supervision to ensure quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline.
• Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline
• Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications
• Assist in project defects and rectifications
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
