Job summary

AMD in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to lead advanced device development and reliability engineering, translating device physics into robust process integration. You will collaborate across global teams to drive qualification and design guidelines for next‑generation CMOS technologies.

The role requires hands‑on experience in semiconductor tech, SPICE modeling, and scripting, with a Master’s degree and PhD preferred. This is a full‑time on‑site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Candidates hold a Master’s degree with PhD preferred in a related field and have a strong background in CMOS technology and device physics.
• Extensive hands-on experience in semiconductor technology development, reliability engineering and process optimization.
• Proven ability to work with SPICE simulations and scripting for modeling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive advanced device development and process integration activities leveraging device physics knowledge.
• Support technology development, qualification and ramp ensuring robust device performance.
• Lead or support reliability engineering to identify key failure mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines for TDDB, aging, and electromigration.
• Collaborate with DTCO, design and technology teams to optimize design-process interactions.
