Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead in Test Engineering to own the test solution for next-generation AMD products. You will lead test strategy, first silicon bring-up, and optimization of yield and performance across global teams.

The role requires deep expertise in DFT/ATE testing (ATPG/MBIST/Functional/HSIO), hands-on experience with Advantest 93k and Teradyne platforms, and strong leadership and communication to mentor engineers and drive long-term test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience leading test of complex SoC products across lifecycle.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Experience with DFT/ATE testing and SoC test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive test strategies for complex SoCs from pre-silicon through production.
• Lead first silicon bring-up, silicon debug and characterization across PVT.
• Drive yield, performance distributions and device failure analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Own test content optimization to meet quality and cost targets.
