Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead reliability testing, qualification, and analysis for advanced semiconductor technologies. You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to design test programs and interpret results.

The role requires a degree in engineering/science with 2+ years in reliability or semiconductor testing, and knowledge of wafer fabrication and MOS device physics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Reliability, Device physics, or Semiconductor testing.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of MOS device physics and reliability statistics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and analyze reliability testing for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies, including periodic reliability monitoring activities.
