Job summary

trust recruit pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Export Shipping Coordinator to support customers and coordinate logistics solutions from the CEO’s team.

You will manage export documents, bookings, and records in Navision, liaise with warehouses, and ensure accurate shipment updates and routes across shipping lines.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in export shipping, logistics operations within a food manufacturing company.
• Hands-on experience in export documentation, shipping coordination and liaising with shipping lines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to support new and existing customers and coordinate suitable logistics solutions.
• Prepare and manage sales contracts, reports, and related documentation.
• Handle the full spectrum of export shipping documentation and operations, ensuring all documents are accurate and properly maintained.
• Coordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines, monitor ETD, and provide booking confirmations and shipment updates to customers.
• Handle sample submissions, courier shipping documents, marine insurance declarations, and export marine insurance claims.
• Liaise with warehouse and production teams on stuffing, shipment preparation, and operational issues.
• Support direct sales matters and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate shipment information and update relevant records in Navision.
• Provide coverage for the Export Shipping team when required and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
