WUXI BIOLOGICS BIOPHARMACEUTICALS SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior shift steam engineer to lead a team of technicians in the safe operation and maintenance of steam boilers, chillers, cooling towers and wastewater treatment facilities. You will supervise and train boiler attendants, monitor plant performance and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering is required or equivalent.
First or second grade steam engineer certification is required.
Min 8–10 years of experience in central utilities with steam boilers, chillers, cooling towers and wastewater treatment.
Min 2 years in supervisory/leadership role.
Experience with PLC and basic automation troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead shift technicians and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient operation of steam boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, water softeners and WWTP.
Oversee fire alarms, abnormal plant operation, and report to the Head of SEM.
Monitor control system parameters, BMS and DCS for safe operation.
Conduct regular field inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and maintenance plans.
Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures; manage CMMS work orders.
Report plant performance and uptime, identify optimization opportunities and risks.
