Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced Boiler System Engineer to oversee daily operation and maintenance of the boiler and utility systems in a major manufacturing site in Singapore. You will lead troubleshooting, perform routine monitoring, and ensure compliance with HSE and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years in large pharma/chemical/semiconductor.
• Certified Steam Boiler Engineer or Steam Boiler Attendant (1st Class).
• Experience operating and maintaining Steam Boiler System and related utilities (Cooling Tower, HVAC, Ammonia systems, Purified Water, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of Boiler System components.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and respond to steam supply calls while ensuring HSE and GMP compliance.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs and spare parts strategy.
