Job summary

The Ministry of Finance (Singapore) seeks a professional to join a dynamic team fortifying grants governance through robust management processes, capabilities, and technology enablers. You will staff the inter-agency Grants Management Committee coordinating across the public sector and monitoring progress of capacity-building initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sectoral Leads and Domain Leads to develop frameworks, review policies, and deploy technology-driven solutions that strengthen risk

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting or economics background preferred.
• 2–10 years in grant making, governance or controls advantageous.
• Interest in reviewing policies, processes and practices.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strategic thinking, conceptual, analytical and planning abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Independent worker and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sector and domain leads to develop frameworks to improve grants management.
• Staff Grants Management Committee and coordinate cross-domain efforts to monitor progress.
• Formulate and review policies to address risks in grant landscapes and audits.
• Deploy tech solutions to enhance public sector risk management.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned.
