EY is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions for financial sector clients. You will ensure platform alignment with business goals, streamline operations, and enhance user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
• 6+ years as ServiceNow Solution Architect in financial sector.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, APIs and data models.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SIR, CSM, Asset Mgmt, PPM, PA, GRC, HRSD.
• Strong communication and Agile project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Plan, develop and deploy ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SIR, CSM, Asset Management, PPM, PA, GRC, HRSD.
• Assess client environments for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation.
• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle.
• Mentor development teams in ServiceNow development.
• Stay informed on ServiceNow features and regulatory requirements.
• Advise clients, conduct workshops and present status updates.
