Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Operations & Support Consultant to maintain enterprise ServiceNow health, support ITSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, CMDB and CSDM modules.

You will optimize configurations, resolve production issues, support integrations, and drive controlled enhancements across Development, Test and Production environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting, data quality focus, and the ability to produce clear technical documentation and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, CMDB, and CSDM.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and application support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor platform health, performance, logs, and deployments across environments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, workflow failures, and integration issues.
• Plan patches, upgrades, and environment maintenance with controlled releases.
• Maintain and enhance workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
