Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support ITSM and SMoD solutions within a telecommunications environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise in ITSM modules, ITIL processes, and enterprise-scale integrations, with a strong focus on automation and scripting. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, craft technical specifications, and contribute to project/test planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology field or equivalent.
• Understand automation concepts and their application in day-to-day service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions in a complex telecom environment.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules like ITSM, ITIL, Integrations, Scripts, Catalogs, CSM, Custom applications.
• Develop/update ServiceNow applications, modules, business rules, email notifications, scheduled jobs, Script Includes, Events, forms, SLAs, Access Controls, Workflow, Homepage Administration, User Administration, Update sets, Notifications.
• Experience with workflows and automation of approvals, change processes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale integrations.
• Code or script test automation and automated testing procedures in testing and production environments.
• Develop technical specifications & project/test planning; participate in project meetings and discussions.
• Follow the Agile framework.
