Job summary

AMK Technology is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM in Singapore. This renewable contract role offers opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within an Agile development environment.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of ServiceNow development and customization.
Strong ITSM and CSM experience.
Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of Flow Designer and Glide API.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM and CSM.
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items.
Develop integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and release management.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions.
Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
