Job summary

Ethos Search Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking a ServiceNow practitioner based in Singapore for a 1-year renewable contract. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules, leveraging Flow Designer and scripting to deliver automated, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include developing catalog items, record producers, and integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. A strong ITIL background and governance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Develop records, catalog items, and fulfilment workflows using Flow Designer and scripting.
• Create scripted solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Assist CMDB administration, data quality, and CI data flows into CMDB.
