Job summary

Epergne Solutions is looking for an L3 ServiceNow Developer in Singapore with 8–10+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. You will work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules and develop integrations to streamline ITSM processes.

The role requires deep scripting knowledge, experience with REST/SOAP and XML, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. ITIL/CSDM familiarity and Agile/Scrum practices are valued.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and workflows.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
• Experience with web technologies and integrations using REST/SOAP/XML.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and CSDM concepts in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, networking basics, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and workflows.
• Implement ServiceNow scripting, configurations, and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
• Perform system automation and web service integrations using REST/SOAP and related technologies.
• Support implementation, deployment, administration, and production issues of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with ITSM processes and business needs.
• Provide troubleshooting support.
