Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive growth in our security/access control portfolio.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, lead a sales team, and engage customers to secure new business opportunities. The role offers a basic salary up to SGD 5,500, with transport allowance and petrol card, plus a performance bonus and commission. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in service sales management with leadership of sales teams.
Experience in security, access control or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve service sales targets and growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
Provide technical guidance using mechanical, electrical, and electronic knowledge.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive service portfolio.
Track sales performance and prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
