Job summary

ISVASIA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Service Sales Operation Executive (Pre–Assistant Service Manager) to oversee end-to-end service operations, job planning, contract renewals, manpower deployment, and customer coordination.

You will supervise staff, enforce SOPs, train technicians, support sales with quotations, and drive quality control while preparing planning reports and dashboards. This position is designed as the final stage before promotion to Assistant Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling ability.
• Experience in service operations or technical service environment.
• Leadership capability to supervise and manage staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and error prevention.
• Ability to enforce SOPs and conduct staff training.
• Works closely with sales, operations, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all service jobs and on-site technician deployment.
• Allocate manpower, tools, vehicles, and materials.
• Monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain service job records and logs.
• Prepare and manage yearly service contract renewals.
• Enforce SOPs, develop manuals, and train staff.
• Support sales with quotations and customer communication.
• Review reports and implement improvements.
