ISVASIA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and coordinating between sales and service teams.

You will prepare commercial proposals, help convert leads, and ensure sales targets and service commitments are met. This role requires collaboration across functions, strong communication, and the ability to coach junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in B2B sales or service sales with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and SLAs.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM analytics and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving targets and closing deals.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and manage assigned accounts.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; coordinate approvals.
• Forecast, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Coordinate with Service, Operations, and Finance for invoicing and service delivery.
• Assist in contract renewals and term negotiations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior sales staff; ensure CRM updates.
• Gather market insights to identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
