Job summary

STYL Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Service Team Manager to lead and scale our service operations. You will guide an initial team of ~10 service professionals, expanding as our installed base grows across Singapore.

The role covers field service, incident response, warranty support and deployment rollouts, with emphasis on process improvement and stakeholder alignment. Strong leadership and hands-on operations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of people-management experience in technical service or field service.
• Technical Diploma required; an Engineering Degree is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytics and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Field Service Technicians, In-house Technicians and ServiceDesk teams.
• Oversee island-wide field servicing, internal repairs, incidents and deployments.
• Plan resources across BAU, servicing, incidents and new deployments.
• Own major incidents and SLAs with timely investigation and resolution.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee deployments ensuring readiness for new installations and rollouts.
• Drive visibility by logging activities in JIRA and analyzing data.
• Provide weekly updates and monthly reports on performance and issues.
• Improve SOPs, processes and troubleshooting practices with cross-functional teams.
• Lead recruitment, performance management and development planning.
