Job summary

Isvasia Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Sales Operation Executive to oversee end-to-end service operations, plan jobs, renew contracts, deploy manpower, and coordinate with customers. This role serves as the final development track before promotion to Assistant Service Manager.

You will supervise service technicians, enforce SOPs, train staff, support sales with proposals, maintain quality control, and prepare operational dashboards for management review.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Good communication and customer‑handling ability.
• Experience in service operations or technical service environment.
• Leadership capability to supervise and manage staff.
• Detail‑oriented with strong focus on accuracy and error prevention.
• Ability to enforce SOPs and conduct staff training.
• Works closely with sales, operations, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all service jobs, including on-site deployment of technicians.
• Prepare, issue, and manage yearly service contract renewals.
• Develop and maintain service SOPs, workflow manuals, and training programs.
• Supervise service technicians and junior staff; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Assist sales with quotations and customer communications; promote maintenance packages.
• Review service reports and documents to improve accuracy and prevent errors.
• Prepare planning reports and update CRM and job tracking systems.
