Job summary

KLA in Singapore seeks a Service Operations Lead to manage end-to-end quotation processes for spare parts and service contracts, govern contract lifecycle, and be the escalation point for customer issues. You will ensure data integrity, oversee billing, and partner with HQ Logistics to optimize regional order fulfillment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a degree in business or logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, plus fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and supply chain management or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Pro-active with MS Office and SAP experience.
• Fluent in English & Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end quotation process for spare parts and service contracts.
• Govern contract lifecycle management and CRM booking on POs.
• Escalation point for customer issues, driving cross-functional resolutions.
• Ensure data governance across customer, contract and transactional data.
• Oversee billing operations including invoices and credit notes.
• Collaborate with HQ Logistics to optimize order fulfillment.
• Review weekly/monthly performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead administrative and operational support and drive process improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement for automation and customer experience.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and regional parts planning across SEA.
