Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or 10 years freight operations management experience in forwarders or shipper/consignee role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: TEAMS, OneNote, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills including verbal and written communication.
• Able to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for freight operations.
• A team player with the ability to multi-task and organize work systematically.
• Process Improvement mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Import Shipment Monitoring & Expediting: monitor inbound shipments to warehouse and expedite critical ones.
• Buyer & Stakeholder Support: be the logistics contact for buyers and resolve delivery concerns.
• Warehouse Receiving Coordination: alert and coordinate priority receiving and special handling.
• Cargo Claims & Exception Management: investigate claims, maintain records, and follow up to closure.
