Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Service Design Senior/Manager to optimise enterprise system designs for land transport operations in the public sector. You will map complex workflows, translate policies and data models into practical service blueprints, and work with product managers, engineers and policy owners in agile delivery.

The role blends service design, data architecture and stakeholder engagement to deliver user-centric digital services for citizens, commuters and industry.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in digital product design, service design or enterprise system development.
• Experience leading complex enterprise software initiatives.
• Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code platforms and government enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyse and optimise complex workflows across departments and agencies.
• Develop detailed service blueprints, data models and logic flows.
• Translate service blueprints into robust, scalable system mechanisms for enterprise and public-facing users.
• Partner with Product Managers, System Engineers, policy owners and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with business outcomes.
• Lead and guide business analysts and data engineers, establishing methodologies to validate workflow design and rules.
