Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Service Design Senior/Manager for Traffic & Road IT to optimise operational workflows and translate policy and data models into effective enterprise system designs for Singapore’s land transport operations.

You will partner with product managers, designers, engineers and policy owners to map journeys, model data and ensure designs are user-centric, secure and technically feasible within agile delivery of public services.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of experience in digital product design, service design or enterprise software development.
Experience leading complex enterprise software initiatives is preferred.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and government enterprise applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Map, analyse and optimise complex workflows across departments and agencies, including high-stakes operational logic and data dependencies.
Develop service blueprints, data models and logic flows balancing system capabilities, security and policy considerations.
Translate service blueprints into scalable system mechanisms for enterprise and public-facing users.
Collaborate with product managers, system engineers, policy owners and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with outcomes.
Lead business analysts and data engineers, establishing methods to validate workflow design and rules.
