You will perform post-silicon validation of high-speed IO interfaces, characterize designs, and tune performance across generations with global collaboration. The role emphasizes debugging silicon issues, developing validation methodologies, and coordinating with remote teams to meet industry standards such as PCIe and IEEE 802.3.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in high-speed SerDes post-silicon validation is preferred.
• Proven ability to debug silicon issues and develop validation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Post Silicon Validation of high speed SerDes.
• Understand industry requirements and specifications for high speed IO.
• Develop validation methodologies for new industry standards.
• Characterize latest SerDes designs.
• SerDes debugging with designers on silicon.
• Tune latest designs to achieve optimal performance.
• Generate specifications based on measured results.
• Coordinate with remote teams on distributed tasks.
• Support FAE on customer issues related to high-speed IOs.
